I am a ServiceNow Architect and Enterprise Platform Architect based in Melbourne.

My background combines architecture, hands-on engineering, ITAM domain knowledge, ServiceNow Event Management, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, data migration, database systems and delivery leadership.

I have worked across banking, consulting, managed service and regulated delivery environments where governance, security, data quality, traceability and operational support are important.

I prefer practical architecture. The design must be clear enough for stakeholders to understand, detailed enough for engineers to build and structured enough for operations teams to support after go-live.
